About Us
Mitchell's Artisan Butchery is an independently owned butchers shop, located in Wirksworth, Derbyshire, UK.
We only deal in locally sourced meats derived from good farming standards.

Ethical Butchery
We believe in respecting our animals. This means that we only sell free range, local meats. We also pride ourselves in being able to use the entire carcass, and not wasting anything provided to us from our local farmers.
Our Products
Beef
Locally sourced, Derbyshire Beef. Butchered on site at our shop. We age our Beef a minimum of three weeks for a better eating experience and depth of flavour.
Pork
Packington Free range Pork. The best tasting pork you will taste, with care and thought provided to the welfare of Packington's pigs.
Chicken
Free roaming chicken's, sourced from ethical farming standards.
Lamb
All our lamb is from a mixture of Derbyshire farms which are mainly situated around Bakewell
Cooked Produce
We have a large selection of meat pies, pork pies and cooked meats. All made on site.
Ready for the Oven
A large selection of different products, which are ready for the oven, saving you time and effort at meal times!
Snowdonia Cheese
We offer a range of Snowdonia Waxed Cheese
